The friendly Shanghai Mama will share her ancient Chinese cooking secret with you, and you will also get hands on experience during cooking process. You are suggested to learn 2 home dishes, like Sauteed Green Beans with Minced Pork and Vegetable, Shanghai Fried noodles with Pakchoi or Shanghai dumplings.
