Redemption Instructions

Your private trip provided by PROFI DRIVER • Any changes to the trip that may delay the driver or extend the trip for some time or for extra stop, you need to contact us to assign an additional fee for your requirements. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Please contact us if you have a lot of luggage. • Exceptional situations such as air traffic controller strikes, extreme weather, etc. can only be compensated to a limited extent, meaning that users must accept a longer waiting period or last-minute cancellations. • If there is a problem finding our chauffeur please contact the phone number showed in your Vaucher. • For any questions, please contact us, we are always happy to help you.
