Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please note that Airport pickups will apply to extra charges. If your pickup point is the Airport you have to contact us at least 24 hours before the operation date to declare the number of luggage and your flight details at orders@welcomepickups.com.

Pickup Information

Traveler pickup is offered from any centrally located hotel or accommodation in Madrid. If you want to be picked up from Madrid Airport there is an extra cost that will be communicated to you beforehand. Kindly share any special requirements, such as traveling with a service animal or needing extra assistance, when booking your ride. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.
