Redemption Instructions

We do not require customers to have a voucher or ticket upon check in. You can check in with your name. Kahului Port: Exit the ship terminal building, you will then walk past signs numbered 1-5. Continue to exit the fence. Tell security you are waiting for PRE ARRANGED TAXI. YOU MUST SAY PRE ARRANGED TAXI, NOT tour or private tour. Stay there, and your guide will pull in to pick you up. Your guide will be holding a sign for you that says "TOPICS OF MAUI TOUR." We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 10 minutes before the designated PICK UP time.

Pickup Information
