1. West Lake (Xi Hu)
West Lake, also known as Xihu and by other names, is a freshwater lake in Hangzhou, China. Situated to the west of Hangzhou's former walled city, the lake has a surface area of 6.39 km2 (2.47 sq mi), stretching 3.2 km (2.0 mi) from north to south and 2.8 km (1.7 mi) from east to west. In the lake are four causeways, three artificial islands, and Gushan, the only natural island. Gentle hills surround the lake on its north, west, and south sides,with the Leifeng and Baochu pagodas standing in pair on the south and north banks.famous temples are nestled in the mountains west of the lake, including Lingyin and Jingci Temples.

Guozhuang Garden, a classic Jiangnan private garden on West Lake's west bank in Hangzhou, is hailed as the "Crown of West Lake Classical Gardens". Meijiawu (also called Meijiawu Tea Culture Village) lies in the western part of Hangzhou’s West Lake Scenic Area, about 10 km from downtown. This ancient village of 600+ years is a top-tier protected zone for West Lake Longjing, China’s famous green tea. It has more than 160 teahouses, plus the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall. Spring here is perfect for tea tasting and picking fresh Longjing leaves, set amid rolling green hills.
5. Qiantangjiang
Qiantang River in Hangzhou is famous for its spectacular tidal bore, one of the world's greatest natural wonders. It winds through the city, boasting stunning scenery and rich cultural heritage, a iconic natural landmark of Hangzhou.
