Redemption Instructions

1️⃣ Booking Confirmation: The exact pickup time will be sent through the Viator booking system. Please note that the 9:30 AM time on your voucher refers to the tour start time at Royal Phuket Marina. 2️⃣ Voucher and Passport: Please present your voucher and passport to our guide upon check-in. The voucher is non-transferable to another person. 3️⃣ Itinerary: Timings are approximate and may change without notice to accommodate tide and local weather conditions. 4️⃣ Weather Policy: The boat tour operates in sunny or rainy weather, except during extreme events like hurricanes. 5️⃣ National Park Fees: Please pay the national park fees directly to our guide upon check-in: 600 THB/adult and 300 THB/child. 6️⃣ Pick-Up: Be ready and waiting at your hotel lobby or designated pick-up location 5 minutes before the pick-up time specified in the booking confirmation. 7️⃣ Tipping: Tipping is optional and entirely at your discretion. 8️⃣ Special Diets: Vegetarian or vegan meals are available upon request. Please let us know when booking.
