Most ghost tours walk you past haunted buildings and tell you the stories. On this one, you help investigate them. This interactive downtown Phoenix experience blends haunted history, local legends, true crime, and live ghost hunting at select stops using real equipment—including EMF detectors, dowsing rods, and spirit boxes. You won’t just listen. You’ll ask questions, track responses, and experience Phoenix’s darker side for yourself. And unlike standard walking tours, this experience doesn’t stop at the sidewalk—you’ll also step inside two historic locations for live investigations, giving you access most tours don’t offer.

We will meet at the bench in front of Que Sazon restaurant, formerly knowns as the Teeter House. Parking can be found at Heritage Garage which is conveniently located on the corner of 5th St. and Monroe. For parking info and instructions, please check your confirmation email.
