Phoenix History, Mystery & Ghosts stands out for combining some of downtown Phoenix’s most historic and haunted locations with interactive ghost hunting. Guests don’t just hear the stories—they take part in live ghost hunts at select stops using tools like EMF detectors, dowsing rods, and spirit boxes. The experience also includes access to two historic indoor locations, with a final stop that makes the ending especially memorable!
Meeting and Pickup
We will meet at the bench in front of Que Sazon restaurant, formerly knowns as the Teeter House. Parking can be found at Heritage Garage which is conveniently located on the corner of 5th St. and Monroe. For parking info and instructions, please check your confirmation email.
End Point
Our tour will end at Hanny's. If you need to find your way back to where you parked, the guide will walk you back.

1. Learn about Mrs. Teeter and her haunted legacy.
2. Learn about this iconic Victorian Home and the spirits that are said to have lingered behind. We will use ghost hunting equipment at this spot.
3. Learn about Phoenix's original Catholic church and the most famous ghost story assocatied with it. We will use ghost hunting equipment at this spot.
4. Learn about the history about the first luxury hotel in Phoenix, the fire that burned it down, and the spirits left behind. We will go inside this stop.
5. Learn about this notorious alley and the infamous Melinda who is rumored to still roam the alley.
6. Lern about this historic landmark and the mysteries lurking in the basement. We will go inside this stop.
7. Check out the heart of DTPHX and learn about it's humble beginnings as a small farming community to becoming the 5th largest city in the country.
