• We kindly ask all guests to be in our office at least 10 minutes prior to tour departure to complete check-in formalities. • All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available • Lead traveller of the group must bring one government-issued photo ID • All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tour. • Kid bikes & child seats are available but limited - make sure to confirm the height&weight of your kids to reserve the right size of bikes/child seats.

A valid ID document is required on date of travel (person of age and participant in the tour).

We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing. For spring and summer: hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For winter: warm layers, gloves, scarves, and hats. In case of rain: waterproof gear is highly recommended

All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Kids are welcome: We only ask that your children have been riding for a while, are comfortable riding in a group, and can navigate riding a bike on various surfaces and shared traffic roads (please provide the kids' height and age)

Child seats or tag-alongs are available (limited) for muscular bikes ONLY.

Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from joining bike tours due to cobbled streets
