Redemption Instructions
Your driver will wait for you outside your Paris accommodation or at the arrival gate/terminal at the airport or train station. Please remember to share your arrival details with us before the day of your trip. If you require infant seats or wheelchair accessibility, make sure to let us know before your trip so that we can arrange the appropriate vehicle. Make sure to check the luggage allowance before your arrival: For up to 1 passenger: 1 piece of checked luggage and 1 piece of carry-on luggage. For up to 2 passengers: 2 pieces of checked luggage OR 2 pieces of carry-on luggage. For up to 3 passengers: 2 pieces of checked luggage and 1 piece of carry-on luggage OR 3 carry-ons OR 1 piece of checked luggage and 2 carry-ons. For 4-5 passengers: up to 4 mid-sized pieces of carry-on luggage. For 6 passengers: up to 6 mid-sized pieces of carry-on luggage.
