Unlike large group tours, this private tour offers a more comfortable and personalized experience with hotel pick-up and drop-off in Seoul. Travel in a private van with an English- or Chinese-speaking guide and learn about the Korean War and the division of Korea through detailed explanations. After visiting the major DMZ attractions, enjoy a refreshing nature walk at the scenic Gamaksan Suspension Bridge. The pace can be adjusted to suit your group whenever possible.

Pickup Information

DMZ tour tickets are generally sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket office. For this reason, the usual departure time is set for early in the morning, around 7:00 AM. Depending on the circumstances, the departure time may be earlier or later. For hotel pick-up, please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. For apartment, Airbnb, or guesthouse pick-up, please wait outside the main entrance of the building. However, if your location is not accessible by vehicle, please come out to the nearest main road where the vehicle can stop safely. Your guide will send you the pickup time and vehicle information one day before the tour. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before the tour, as it may vary depending on the DMZ ticket schedule. Pick-up from airports, ports, and locations outside Seoul is not included.

The DMZ itinerary may be changed or cancelled without prior notice due to military operations, security conditions or local regulations.

During peak seasons, if DMZ admission tickets are unavailable due to high demand, the itinerary may be replaced with the following alternative program: Imjingak Peace Park, A gondola ride, Camp Greaves, Odusan Unification Observatory, and Gamaksan Suspension Bridge.

The Third Infiltration Tunnel involves a steep walking path. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
