Redemption Instructions
• If your hotel is not listed, please call E Noa Tours to confirm your pick-up time/location at least 24 hours prior at (808) 591-2561 or (800) 824-8804. • Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date • OUR TOURS DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO MEET DIRECTLY AT PEARL HARBOR. GUESTS MUST MEET AT ONE OF THE PICK UP LOCATIONS OFFERED; YOU MAY NOT DRIVE OUT TO PEARL HARBOR ON YOUR OWN. BRING GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID • Security restrictions at Pearl Harbor will be enforced. Please do not bring large bags or anything that could offer concealment. Storage is available at Pearl Harbor for $6.00. • On rare occasions, the Navy unexpectedly suspends shuttle operations to the USS Arizona. In such case, you will still be able to visit the many Arizona Memorial exhibits, film, visitor’s center and park monuments. • Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended. • Contact E Noa Tours if you will be bringing a stroller and/or wheelchair, or have any other special request. • Guide reserves the right to adjust route for maximum visitor enjoyment and safety. • Be ready for spur-of-the-moment stops, unexpected views and special sightseeing along the way!
