Redemption Instructions
The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at the arrival exit. If you are not able to see your driver for some reasons, please get in touch with us immediately: • WeChat: +8618074837277 (Highly recommended! WeChat is widely used in China.) • iMessage: +8618074837277 (For Apple users) • WhatsApp/Mobile: +8618074837277 • Go to the information desk opposite the terminal exit (staff there speak English and are always ready to help), and ask the staff to make a phone call to your driver. Important Notes: 1. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss due to customers failing to provide the correct information in time. Your payment for unused services won't be refunded. 2. Free Waiting Time: up to 30 minutes after train arrives (Counting from the actual arrival time): NOTE: If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: US$5 (30 yuan) PER half an hour. Please pay in cash to the driver. 3. If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles. 4. The day before departure, you can find more details regarding your driver, as well as pickup information via this hyperlink (https://www.trippest.com/track-your-trip/). All information will be updated only 24 hours ahead of departure date.
