30 minutes is an estimation of flight duration. The important thing is the itinerary. Due to different wind conditions every day, flights can last from 25 to 35 minutes.

Customers must arrive on time for the flight. If customers arrive late, it will be considered a noshow as we reserve the schedule for that specific customer.

Passengers must arrive no later than 20 minutes before schedule. If coming from Copacabana area, allow at least 1 hour to arrive at helipad due to heavy traffic
