Overview
Enjoy a peaceful trip through the canals of Xochimilco, listen to the sounds that nature offers us, learn about the flora and fauna of the place. It will be a different trip, the ancient Xochimilco. We will arrive at a chinampa to taste a delicious traditional meal made by the inhabitants of Xochimilco and with local ingredients. We will visit an axolotl farm where you can meet and touch an axolotl, an endemic species of Xochimilco. Tour with history and a lot of tranquility.

Itinerary
1. We will visit the Cuahilama hill, ancient ceremonial center and observatory of the ancient Xochimilcas, inhabitants of the 13th century. We will be able to see ancient glyphs, made by this important civilization, and we will also be able to have a great view of Mexico City if the wind helps us.
2. We will visit the Cathedral of San Bernardino de Siena, one of the first churches of the 16th century. We will see the exterior, its interior and the convent.
3. We will travel through the quiet canals of Xochimilco aboard a trajinera where you can taste dishes from the region, if the weather permits, otherwise we will arrive at a chinampa where they will wait for us with delicious foods from the region.
4. The final destination will be a visit to an axolotl, axolotl sanctuaries. A specialist on the subject will explain everything about this species endemic to the region. Be amazed by meeting the god Xolotl!
