Redemption Instructions
• You must contact Bunyip Tours directly at least 24 hours prior to departure to confirm your booking and pick up details as these will not be provided on your voucher • Pick up is between 11.00am - 12.00pm (one hour earlier in May-July) depending on which hotel you select to be collected from • Our guides are unable to wait for extended periods of time for missing guests and we ask that you arrive at the designated departure point at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick up time • Large bags, strollers, prams, baby capsules, luggage & walkers cannot be brought on board • If you require language translation for this tour please visit the App Store and search ‘Bunyip Tours’ and download our free App prior to departure • Bunyip’s opening hours are: 07:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday 07:00 - 12:00 Saturday to Sunday

Pickup is only available from the list of hotels provided upon checkout. Your pickup will be between 11:00am-12 midday (during daylight savings times, AEDT) or 10:00am-11:00am (during non-daylight savings times, AEST) depending on which location you select. Your exact meeting time will be provided after a booking is placed. This tour returns to Melbourne at approximately 9pm-midnight depending on the season.
