Hotel Pickup Information: Enjoy convenient hotel pickup directly from your hotel's main lobby. Pickup times vary based on your hotel's location. To confirm your precise pickup time, it is your responsibility to get in touch with us via WhatsApp or phone at +66 064-251-5466. We will also email you your pickup time 24 hours prior to your tour. We strongly encourage you to contact us in advance for a seamless start to your experience. ⚠️Times may change due to traffic ⚠️Hotel pickups generally occur 60-90 minutes before the boat departure time ⚠️We are not responsible if customers fail to check their email for their scheduled pickup time ❗National Park Fee: ฿300 (adult), ฿150 (child 4-11) - (Mandatory, payable at the Marina) Restrictions: ⚠️Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. ⚠️Participants with heart or lung complaints, severe medical conditions, or back & mobility problems cannot participate. ⚠️We have age restrictions for passengers under 1 and over 70. ⚠️We have the right to reject customers due to serious medical conditions or pregnant travelers without refunds Weather: The trip is subject to favorable weather conditions. Avoid sports shoes; seawater may soak them. Packing Tips: ✔️Take a photo of your passport and keep inside your phone ✔️Pack beach essentials like sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towel, and a change of clothes. ✔️Consider wearing your swimsuit under your clothes for easier changing, as the boat's restroom may be small. ✔️Bring a plastic or waterproof bag to protect your belongings from splashes. ❌ Do not bring luggage along.
