We will meet in front of the Statue of Izumo-no-Okuni, located in Kawabatachō, Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto. This iconic bronze statue honors Izumo-no-Okuni, the founder of Kabuki theater, and is a well-known landmark at the eastern end of the bridge near Gion.
