Hotel pickups (within area): Be ready in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time. The driver will wait max. 5 minutes only. No-show: If you are not present at the hotel lobby/meeting point at the confirmed time, no refund will be provided. Driver/vehicle details will be shared on the day of travel. If we find your hotel is outside the pickup zone, we will inform you via WhatsApp and you can join from the meeting point instead.
