Cruise ship guests will be met at your ship’s gangway when docking downtown (Berths 1–4). Guests arriving at Ward Cove will take the free shuttle to downtown, dropping at Berth 4, where your guide will meet you with a sign showing your last name. Please keep your phone on!

Meet at the berth 3 visitor center in downtown Ketchikan. This is a short walk from berths 1-4 in downtown Ketchikan, adjacent to Sockeye Sam's. NCL cruisers will take the free shuttles to downtown. They will drop you off at berth 4. Walk along the docks to the berth 3 visitor center. Phone on.
