• Your official E-ticket will be emailed to you no later than 3 days prior to the Event. Your e-ticket will be delivered to you via email. Please make sure that the email address you supplied during booking is correct and active.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• Admission tickets are exclusively valid for guests who are not residents of the UK.
• The Cannon Club Level offers a neutral seating area situated on the home supporters' side. Wearing the colours of the away team and openly supporting the opposition are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or ejection from the stadium without compensation.
• Guests on the same booking are guaranteed seating together, with larger groups seated in consecutive rows.
• Each ticket provides access to pre-match hospitality with food and drinks redeemable in the club level lounges and bar, half-time drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, and coffee/tea), a stadium tour on non-match days, a museum visit, a match program to be collected at the stadium, and a merchandise voucher that can be used in the club shop and kiosks.
• Match events and kick-off times are subject to change, and the operator will notify you of any such adjustments. If a match date is moved from Saturday to Sunday, or vice versa, your booking will remain unaffected, and you will still receive a ticket with the correct date and time. However, in cases where a match date is rescheduled to a mid-week date, you will have the option to either receive a refund or select an alternative match date, based on availability.
