- Your official E-ticket will be emailed to you no later than 3 days prior to the Event. Your e-ticket will be delivered to you via email. Please make sure that the email address you supplied during booking is correct and active.
- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable except where otherwise stated in these terms.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
- Admission tickets are exclusively valid for guests who are not residents of the UK.
- All seats are located in the home supporters' areas. Wearing the colours of the away team and openly supporting the opposition are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or ejection from the stadium without compensation.
- Guests on the same booking are guaranteed seating together, with larger groups seated in consecutive rows.
- Match events and kick-off times are subject to change, and the operator will notify you of any such adjustments. If a match date is moved from Saturday to Sunday, or vice versa, your booking will remain unaffected, and you will still receive a ticket with the correct date and time. However, in cases where a match date is rescheduled to a mid-week date, you will have the option to either receive a refund or select an alternative match date, based on availability.
- Should a match be played behind closed doors, a refund will be provided for the ticket package only. No refunds will be issued for consequential travel or accommodation costs.
- Refer to the official websites for detailed information on match events and the stadium's bag policy.
Your official E-ticket will be delivered to you no later than 3 days prior to the Event.
Delivery is normally by email, so please make sure that the email address you supplied during booking is correct and active. In some cases, your ticket may instead be delivered through the app or platform of the travel partner you booked with, so please also check there.
If you have not received your ticket 3 days before the Event, please contact the travel partner you booked with immediately.
