Redemption Instructions

Upon your arrival, your driver will be waiting at the agreed meeting point holding a sign with your name, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your day. For Pompeii and the winery experience, we will personally escort you to the ticket office to purchase your entrance tickets. If you prefer, we can also arrange the Pompeii tickets in advance and reserve your winery visit and tasting for you, making the entire experience even more seamless and worry-free.

Pickup Information

Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location (airport, port, train station, or hotel). • Airport: The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall, outside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name. • Cruise Port: The driver will wait outside the cruise terminal with a sign displaying your name. • Train Station: The driver will wait at the end of the platform or in the main arrival hall with a sign displaying your name. • Hotel / Accommodation: The driver will wait outside the main entrance at the scheduled pickup time. Please provide your flight/train/cruise details and a valid phone number to ensure smooth coordination.
