Redemption Instructions

Please provide the following information when booking: • Flight details • Hotel details If not provided at the booking time, we’ll arrange the pick up time following the information of your flight. Please check your flight details 36 hours prior departure and advise us of any amendment. RomaeTravel reserves the right to amend your pick up time, also on a last minute basis, due to causes of force majeure such as, for example, traffic and wheatear conditions, strikes etc.  In any case, RomaeTravel guarantee the performance of services booked. Remember that usually the ride for the airport is scheduled tre hours before the flight departure time.
