For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your tour begins. We require one valid ID and credit card for the group. If you have any questions or would like to customize your private tour, please email sales@unlimitedbiking.com or call 305 239-5656. Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes. For your safety and the safety of the group, all tour participants are required to wear the provided helmets for the duration of the tour
