Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Driver details will be supplied within 48hrs of trip date.  • In case of Emergency or when you cannot see your driver upon arrival at the airport, please contact: WhatsApp the Reservation Office on +27 73 748 7204 or email: customercare@sandtontaxicabs.co.za  • Waiting Surcharge- R200/hour. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Bookings shall not be cancelled without attempting to contact the Operator and waiting for a maximum period of 30 minutes to allow the Reservation Office to assist in locating the driver. • Driver 'no shows', though rare, will be refunded in full.

Pickup Information

1. For Airport Arrivals we offer Meet-and-Greet Service where you'll find your driver waiting by Arrivals Foyer carrying a banner with your name. 2. For Hotel Pickups, we require hotel name and address as well as your preferred pickup time. 3. For pickups from Safari/Game Lodges, we will calculate travel time and inform you of the pickup time.
