Redemption Instructions

1️⃣ Booking Confirmation: The exact pickup time will be sent through the Viator booking system. Please note that the 9:30 AM time on your voucher refers to the tour start time at Ao Po Pier. 2️⃣ Voucher and Passport: Please present your voucher and passport to our guide upon check-in. The voucher is non-transferable to another person. 3️⃣ Itinerary: Timings are approximate and may change without notice to accommodate tide and local weather conditions. 4️⃣ Weather Policy: The boat tour operates in sunny or rainy weather, except during extreme events like hurricanes. 5️⃣ National Park Fees: Please pay the national park fees directly to our guide upon check-in: 300 THB/adult and 150 THB/child. 6️⃣ Pick-Up: Be ready and waiting at your hotel lobby or designated pick-up location 5 minutes before the pick-up time specified in the booking confirmation. 7️⃣ Tipping: Tipping is optional and entirely at your discretion. 8️⃣ Special Diets: Vegetarian or vegan meals are available upon request. Please let us know when booking.

Pickup Information

We welcome cruise travelers, but your ship must arrive in Phuket by 07:00 AM, and you must stay overnight. This helps avoid issues caused by heavy traffic and ensures you can reach the marina on time. We offer pickup from all hotel lobbies and Airbnb accommodations within Phuket province.
