Pickup is available for all hotels within Patong, Kata, Karon, Tri Trang, Kathu, and Phuket Town areas. The pickup time starts between 06:45 am. and 08:45 am. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.
