To make it easier for our guests to identify our team, our guides and drivers will be wearing distinctive black and blue hats and holding a signboard with the guest's name. Guests can enter a pickup location within the general area, and our guides and drivers will pick them up directly from that location. This will help ensure a smooth and recognizable pickup process.
