For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
*Please note: you may bring snacks on this tour if desired, however large amounts are not permitted in Space Center. A FULL BREAKFAST IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as you will want to save your touring time to see NASA. *Your General Admission Space Center Tickets will be distributed to your group upon arrival at NASA. "Mission Control" is no longer considered general admission and requires special arrangements with space center prior to visit. *Monitor your emails for IMPORTANT messages from the TOUR OPERATORS which will provide you with pickup time and meeting spot for your hotel. *The stop at nearby BBQ restaurant is optional and does not require an additional fee but must be chosen during booking.

Unfortunately, we can only provide pickup from limited locations due to the size of the city.
