Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

End Point
Drop-off may be available at the Honolulu cruise port or Pier 2 area when it fits your selected tour duration and route. Please provide your ship name, sailing time, and all-aboard time after booking so we can plan the return timing carefully.
Pickup Information
We will contact you before your tour to confirm your pickup time and exact pickup location. Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time at your hotel lobby or designated pickup point. You will receive a text or call when your driver/host is approaching. Look for a black high-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with ʻĀina Holo Tours branding. We may also text a vehicle photo before arrival to help you identify us easily. Luggage space is available in the rear of the vehicle, but capacity depends on your group size and the number of bags. If you are booking with airport or cruise port pickup/drop-off, please provide your luggage details after booking so we can confirm space. A small onboard fridge/cooler is available for guest use during the tour.
