Pickup Information

Generic Pick up point - 100 Lorimer Street, Docklands, Victoria 3008 Hotel pick up - We can pick up from selected CBD, Southbank and Docklands hotels only and must be communicated in advance. Please provide a local mobile contact number on your booking, incase we need to contact you pre-tour. Our standard pick-up time is 7am, however please note that during winter months and for select hotels, the pick-up time might be amended to either 06:30am 06:45am to avoid traffic. Once we have your exact pick-up address (i.e. Melbourne CBD hotel) and the the requested tour date, we can confirm the exact pick up time.

We wish to advise larger groups of 4 or 5, that our luggage capacity is limited, so we recommend 1 x airplane cabin-sized bags per person. For groups of 3 passengers or less, 1 x standard size suitcase & 1 x cabin-sized bag per person is acceptable.
