Pickup Information

Upon arrival at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), please exit the terminal and proceed to the designated “Private Transportation” area located just outside the main doors. Your professional driver will be waiting for you holding a personalized sign with your name and the Serendipity Travel Experiences logo. Enjoy a luxury & private transfer in a premium vehicle reserved exclusively for you and your companions — ensuring the utmost comfort, privacy, and personalized service. Our team continuously monitors flight schedules, so rest assured that your driver will be waiting even if your flight is delayed. If you do not see your driver immediately, please remain in the pickup area and contact you driver using the link provided in you confirmation. For departures, please be ready at your hotel or villa lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your chauffeur allows a 15-minute courtesy wait window. Important: Due to airport regulations, drivers are not permitted to wait inside the terminal. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, walk outside the terminal to meet your driver.
