Go to the Musée d'Orsay at the provided address on your vouchers and show your Viator voucher at the ticket office to gain entry to the museum. Orsay Museum tickets must be used on the chosen date. You can scan your voucher at the entrance Parvis entrance. (Entrance 2 Forecourt) AUDIO GUIDE INFORMATION The digital audio guide is different from the museum’s paid audio guide and it is not sequential due to changing museum layouts and covers selected artworks rather than the entire collection. Downloading the Audio Guide Application: Before your scheduled visit, please download the application to your phone using the provided link below. This will allow you to access the audio guides. https://globalaudioguide.com/attraction/41 If you cannot access the audio guide via the link, please follow these steps: Download the “Global Audio Guide” app from your phone’s app store. Open the app and enter your booking reference number as the reference code (you can find details by clicking “What is reference code?”). Then select your preferred language, choose Paris as the location, and select Orsay Museum to access the audio guide. Remember to bring your own earphones. Once the application is installed, ensure you download the Orsay Museum audio guides into your phone while connected to WiFi or mobile internet. This will enable you to listen to the guides during your visit, even without access to the internet within the museum premises.
