Redemption Instructions

Go to the Musée d'Orsay at the provided address on your vouchers and show your Viator voucher at the ticket office to gain entry to the museum. Orsay Museum tickets must be used on the chosen date. Visitors will use these entrances. C1 entrance until March 9, 2026 – Parvis entrance from March 10, 2026 onwards. Please ensure the provided email address and phone number are reachable on your booking, as you will receive your tickets, booking reminder, and audio guide link together one day before your scheduled date via email. The digital audio guide is provided through a separate app, accessible via the link below. It is independent of the museum's audio guide, which may be available for an additional fee. Please note that some languages may not be available for specific artworks. https://globalaudioguide.com/attraction/9 Some of the exhibitions in the museum may not be on display due to being loaned to other museums. During peak seasons, expect lines at security checkpoints. Please note that your ticket does not provide priority access. In the busiest periods, entry may take longer than usual.
