Before the service date, our operations department assigns a professional chauffeur and prepares the vehicle according to the booking type—whether it’s an airport transfer, cruise port pickup, or hourly charter. Clients receive a text message and/or email with the chauffeur’s name and direct contact number 12 to 24 hours before the pickup. All flights and cruise arrivals are actively monitored to ensure on-time service, even if delays occur. Pickup Procedure On the day of service, the chauffeur arrives at the designated location—airport terminal, hotel lobby, residence, or cruise port—at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Airport Arrivals: For curbside pickup, the driver contacts the client upon landing and waits at the arrival area. For meet-and-greet services, the chauffeur will be inside the terminal at the baggage claim area with a name sign. Hotel Pickups: The driver will be in the lobby, ready to assist with luggage. Cruise Terminal Pickups: The driver will be positioned at the assigned terminal, visible with the passenger’s name sign and ready to assist.
