• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Every member of your party bring an official ID ( EU members only )/passport(EU and non EU members) , driver's license is NOT accepted . If you are not in the possession of a valid ID CARD/PASSPORT in original your tour will be automatically cancelled without the right to refund. Arriving time 30 minutes prior de starting time. We need time to check you in and validate your ids/passports so you can pass the security check. • Please provide a valid phone number ( country code included) and a valid email address so we can contact you if needed. This tour is not accessible for people with walking impediments or in the wheelchair. The elevators are not accessible for the visitors . Therefore , for the whole duration of the tour we will climb the stairs to the superior levels and back down stairs.
