- Please stand at the main gate of the Teatro Massimo opera house (between the two bronze lions). Your guide will be holding a red umbrella and a red bag with Streaty logo printed on. - This ticket is valid ONLY for this specific date and time. - Language of the tour: English. - IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES OR OTHER DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: please contact us prior to the tour. The tour is adaptable to vegetarians, pescatarians and pollotarians. Neither the morning nor the evening tour are adaptable to vegans, allergic to dairy products and gluten. Some food can be considered a bit weird or challenging. It's what locals eat. We only offer real traditional food, no touristy stuff. Do not expect seafood. - We kindly request guests to arrive at the meeting point ten minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour in order to complete the check-in process. Please note that we have a strict waiting policy. Once the tour begins, we cannot guarantee a second opportunity for latecomers to reach the group along the itinerary.
