Located northwest of Rhodes' old city, the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes once served as the citadel for the Knights Hospitaller. This grand structure played a multifaceted role, functioning as a palace, headquarters, and fortress. It is also one of the rare examples of Gothic architecture in Greece.
