Redemption Instructions

• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Minimum age is 10 years • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving.

Pickup Information

Pick-ups are offered in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya area for extra fees: All hotels between Dorado Maroma and Dreams Tulum, USD 25/person (min 2). Exceptions may apply. Tulum area: Pick-up is not available Cancun: Please get in touch with us.
