Redemption Instructions

After booking confirmation, there is no physical ticket required. Your reservation will be automatically registered in our system. For airport pickup:- Our driver will meet you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name Please present your booking confirmation (digital or printed) if requested For hotel pickup:- Please wait at the hotel reception at the confirmed pickup time Our driver will arrive directly and assist you with luggage Our reservation team will contact you after booking to reconfirm all details and ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Pickup Information

Please provide your flight number, arrival/departure time, and hotel name when booking. Our reservations team will contact you via WhatsApp before your transfer to confirm all details. We will also send you the vehicle details and a photo of the car before pickup. Your driver will be waiting at the confirmed pickup location and time. Please ensure your phone is switched on and reachable.
