Show your mobile voucher at check-in. PICKUP: Usually 60–90 minutes before departure depending on hotel location and traffic. Please wait in the lobby 5 minutes early. IMPORTANT: Hotel name, pickup location, contact/WhatsApp and required guest details must be provided at least 1 day before the tour by 6:00 PM. Late details may affect pickup. Other areas require a surcharge. All-Inclusive Catamaran: Pickup available from all Phuket areas with advance hotel details. Pickup coverage depends on the option booked: Best Value – AA Speedboat: Free pickup from most Phuket areas, except Pa Klok and Mai Khao. Signature – Royal Speedboat: Pickup available from all areas in Phuket with advance details. Comfort – Catamaran: Free pickup from Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, and Phuket Town. Guests outside these areas may meet directly at AT Pier near Rassada or arrange a transfer where available. All-Inclusive Catamaran: Pickup available from all areas in Phuket when details are provided in advance.
