All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.

Meeting and Pickup
Temple (Bus Stop N), Victoria Embankment, by Temple Tube Station Temple Underground station just a 2 minute walk. The bus will be parked on Victoria Embankment at Temple (Bus Stop N). There are no public toilets in the vicinity and no toilets on-board the bus.
Redemption Instructions
The ticket is valid for use on the Brigit’s Bus Tour only for the time and date stated on the ticket. The bus cannot wait for latecomers, passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point 20 minutes prior the departure time. Our buses have to leave on the dot, no refunds will not be given in case of lateness. No boarding is allowed outside of the departure gate, late passengers are not allowed to catch the bus on route or attempt to jump on board. Tickets: The ticket remains the property of the company and must be made available for inspection by the conductor or driver on demand.
