Meeting and Pickup
Go to Pitti Palace main and central entrance and meet with our representative/guide. They have a signboard "FlorencePass Official Tour Supplier for VIATOR".
Redemption Instructions
Please note that from July 1st through August 31st, the 2:00 PM afternoon tour will take place fully indoors. This seasonal itinerary includes a guided visit to the Palatine Gallery and the Royal Apartments. Your ticket also includes self-guided access to the Boboli Gardens, which you can explore on your own (last admission at 6:00 PM). Guide/supplier's representative will give you the entry ticket at meeting point after checking in, thank you.They have a signoboard "FlorencePass Pitti Palace, Palatina Gallery and Boboli Gardens Tour". Please do not go to ticket office, meeting point is at Pitti Palace central doorway, thank you.
