Overview

Local… yet Global Classic… yet Innovative Simple… yet Bold This tour is an exploration of Northwest cuisine. Stops include the best sit-down restaurants in Pike Place Market. The menu changes seasonally, but a typical tour includes seafood, fresh veggies, pasta, chocolate and locally produced artisan products. Can Coffee grown in Brazil really be "Seattle's Best?" Is Salmon from Alaskan really the iconic Seattle dish? This tour is an exploration of Northwest geography and identity. We hope you'll join us!
