Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Upon arrival to the Castle you will need to wait in the line for security check (similar to the airport check). There is no way how to skip the line, you need to wait in the line with other visitors. The duration of waiting depends on the no. of other visitors. In the high season it can be up to 1 hour. The tour will be prolonged for the waiting time.
