Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Admission tickets to Stonehenge is not included. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. Double size bags, foldable wheel chairs, surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly to discuss any excess luggage details. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available after 2 hours. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 25% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. • If drop off or pickup from Heathrow airport, please provide flight detail. • Please make sure to book correct vehicle type.
