Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Your tour guide will contact you by phone call or text message within 24 hours prior to the tour to confirm pickup details and arrival time. Please wait at the agreed pickup location, such as your hotel entrance, cruise terminal exit, or designated meeting point, 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time. For easy identification, your guide may be holding a sign with your name on it. If you are unable to respond or cannot be reached by phone, your guide will still arrive at the confirmed pickup location and wait with a sign displaying your name.
