This exhibit takes you through his professional journey and remarkable projects, notably including the royal Church of Sainte-Geneviève, now known as the Panthéon. Since Victor Hugo passed away in 1885, this grand space has become a burial ground for illustrious French writers, scientists, military leaders, clergy members, and political figures. The crypt is home to more than 70 prominent tombs featuring personalities such as Voltaire, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Emile Zola, Alexandre Dumas; along with Pierre and Marie Curie. From April to October visitors can enjoy stunning panoramic views over Paris from the recently refurbished upper levels.

Pantheon opens every day of the week.

Opening Hours from April 1 to September 30 are 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. And from October 1 to March 31 are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing.

Museum is Closing dates: January 1st, May 1st and December 25
