As you enjoy your food and drink, you will be guided through the entire process of crafting the finest Iberian meats, with a special emphasis on the locally-made sausages. While indulging in these flavors, you’ll come to appreciate the expertise and attention to detail that goes into each stage of the process - from raising the pigs, to their carefully-crafted diet, to the curing of the meats.
