Redemption Instructions

-Pick-up time depends on your hotel location (between 7-8am). The exact time will be provided by 5pm (Thailand time) the day before your trip. -In case you haven't chosen your accommodation yet, please contact us 1 day before the tour via WhatsApp or on the local number +66 81 415 3549 to provide us with your hotel/pick up point details. -AIRBNB + Private Home/Villa customers: You need to inform us your exact location at least 2 days before your tour • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Not recommended for participants with serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women

Pickup Information

- Please ensure that your pickup point matches the accommodation where you are staying. - The exact pickup time will be confirmed by 5 PM the day before the tour. - We pick up from anywhere in Phuket and from all types of accommodations (hotels, Airbnbs, villas, hostels, etc.). - If tourists stay on Coconut Island, we will pick them up and drop them off at the Laem Hin Pier or Laem Hin Lagoon Pier.
